Easter Visitors

Easter morning begins at Cornerstone with our 5:30 a.m. Sunrise Service. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by our parking attendants and shown where to park. If you need a disabled parking spot, just let them know. We'll worship outside for this early service, in a large tent, clearly visible in the field beside the church.  It will be dark, so follow the lantern lit pathway from the parking area to the worship area. Wear comfortable shoes and warm clothing since it can be very cool at this season. The worship area itself will have seating, is covered and dry. Join us for song and praise to our Lord Jesus as we remember His resurrection early on the first Easter morning. Communion will be served and all are welcome at God's table.

You are invited to join us after the service in the church building for refreshments. Meet some new friends in our mall area where we'll provide the hot coffee, juice and an abundance of baked goods and fresh fruit for you to enjoy. If you have any questions or would like more info about Cornerstone, just ask anyone with an ID name tag, or go to the Information Desk near the front door.

If you want to stay for a worship service one of our greeters will be happy to guide you to the Celebration Room or to the children's classrooms. Our children's ministry is offered during Saturday evening services and at the 9:30 and 11:15  services on Sunday mornings.

Our regular Sunday morning services last about an hour, beginning with the first at 8:00 a.m. Singing is led by our live band with words to the songs projected up on a screen. Sing along, or just enjoy the music! Dress is casual, and our worship music is mainly in a contemporary praise and worship style. The band will perform 3 or 4 songs followed by prayer, hospitality time, then a short video presentation. You'll  hear a message from our Pastor, Paul Owens and afterwards Holy Communion will be served. As the service comes to a close there are a few announcements and we end in a song.

If you’re looking to get more involved, check out our Small Groups. If you have teens or youth, be sure to take a look at Youth Groups. Also located in The Mall is our Bookstore where we have Bibles, Bible reference materials, Small Group studies, Bible studies, recordings of services, music by Christian artists, Christian fiction for children and adults, books for spiritual growth and encouragement, greeting cards and children's music and videos. If you don't see what you want on our shelves, we will be happy to order it for you.
